POST BREXIT UPDATE - VAT & DUTIES CHARGES
Following the UK's exit from the European Trade Union as of 01/01/2021, there are important changes to the way in which VAT is charged dependant on where you live or where your order is sent to. The relevant VAT charge will be applied according to the delivery destination, not the billing address. Please see the destination list and charges information below:

Mainland UK - Gryphon Hockey Ltd will continue to charge VAT at the 20% UK rate as previous on all orders delivered within mainland UK.

Northern Ireland - Gryphon Hockey Ltd will continue to charge VAT at the 20% UK rate as previous on all orders delivered to addresses in Northern Ireland.

Republic of Ireland - Gryphon Hockey Ltd will no longer charge VAT to orders destined for delivery in the Republic of Ireland. Import VAT is applicable at the local rate for orders over the value of €22, no duties charges will apply.

Other Locations - All other locations will be charged net of VAT by the seller (Gryphon Hockey Ltd), where local tax and duties charges are payable by the customer (you) to the local authority at the point of arrival at the port destination.

VAT / Duties Payments
You will receive an email from the courier handling your shipment stating the tax and duties payment due prior to release of the order for delivery. You will need to complete the payment process as per the courier's instructions.

Please note that charges are changeable and while we endeavour to keep all customs, VAT and duties information as up to date as possible to keep you informed, but it remains the responsibility of the customer to be aware of, and make the requisite payments for, any charges incurred by orders imported to your delivery destination. Gryphon Hockey Ltd is not liable for any discrepancy between the information stated here and charges incurred by local authorities. We have two shipping options for UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses (exclusions apply)*:

UK Delivery: £6.99 

*Exclusions: UK address exclusions to this delivery cost structure are as follows:

Channel Islands: £18 (no free of charge delivery service applies)

Isle of Man: £12.50 (regardless of order value, no free of charge delivery service applies)

Other Locations (3 - 5 working days as standard only):

PLEASE NOTE, THE TIMED DELIVERY SERVICES WE OFFER REFER TO THE TIME TAKEN TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER ONCE IT HAS LEFT US. THEY DO NOT REFER TO THE TIME IT WILL TAKE FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED (WHICH IS DEPENDENT ON FACTORS NOTED BELOW AND ON THE PAGES OF THIS WEBSITE) AND THEREFORE ARE NOT A TIMESCALE FROM THE PLACEMENT OF YOUR ORDER TO DELIVERY. 

Delivery Method
We may ship smaller items via Royal Mail and usually no signature is required. For larger items we use DPD services and a signature will always be required to complete the delivery.

Order Turnaround Times
Our aim is to dispatch all orders received by 1pm on the day of receipt. Please note our dispatch and delivery days are on  WEEKDAYS ONLY. No order will be dispatched or delivered on a weekend, i.e. if you order after 1pm on a Friday your order will be processed on the following Monday. If you order before 1pm on a Friday the earliest your order will arrive will be the following Monday.

Please note that there are certain issues that may delay dispatch despite our best efforts which are listed:

Stock Availability
While we do our best to maintain our stock levels across the board, from time to time increased demand or our suppliers being out of stock may mean we are unable to keep to our service targets due to a lack of ready stock. We will always call / email to advise of any delays and suggest substitute products (if possible) in these instances.

Please note that all orders will only be dispatched once all items are available, never part dispatched unless you are contacted to state special circumstances

Please Note That Our Peak Order Times Are From The Start Of August To The End Of October And Due To The Sheer Volume Of Orders At This Time We May Experience Delays To Our Normal Schedules. We Appreciate Your Patience And Understanding During This Period And Urge You To Order With An Extended Expectation Of Delivery.
